We checked in very late and the receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. It's a nice place to put your head, very basic room but the price is very good. Very good wifi. There is an elevator.

We loved it, great stay, very friendly and good staff. Great value for money and the area was cool because it was more local and not so full on. We were happy here because we are back packers and aren’t fussy, so if you’re easily pleased and just want a nice bed to stay with a cool view and aircon- this is awesome place

It was in an area where families and local life made you feel a part of it. Very neat. Elevator. Owner speaks English well and was very helpful.

It could use some paint, but it was clean so not a huge issue.

Nothing!

Everything! Really bad place and I'm a budget traveller that doesn't ask for much. Ants everywhere! And that's on the 5th floor. I had my bags on the second bed with stuff out and then I found ants all in my stuff. Including my wash bag. Had to clean everything out! I only saw them on my last night and the hotel was full so no chance of changing room. Found a big line of ants coming from the cracks in the walls. The heat in the room was unbearable when you first go in and just being in the bathroom left me with sweat dripping down my face. As it's the top floor they use the hallway as a storage area so there's junk everywhere. The toilet had toilet paper when I arrived but later that day it disappeared. No hot water in shower. Room and bathroom dirty. Plastic cover all over the ceiling for some reason. Probably to stop leaks from the holes in the roof. Nothing in the room except 2 beds, like nothing! It's the last room in the pictures, the other rooms look great so it's too much of a gamble if you get this room. Glass window on door so light comes through. Absolutely no chance of being romantic in this room! There's an amazing hostel just around the corner that's cheaper for a cabin bed and free breakfast. Couldn't get out of here fast enough in the morning. Really disgusting experience. Pay the extra for peace of mind.

Spacious clean rooms and a comfy bed

First of all, the place has an elevator, no hauling your luggage up five flights of stairs. The hosts are very friendly and helpful and speak great English which made our stay in the city easy and stress free. Our room was very spacious and clean- the tiles were sparkly and the bathroom was nice and fresh. The bed was nice and comfy with a good bounce and the sheets were high quality. The AC worked perfectly and we even had a decent view from our window. For the price it was far greater than we expected and definitely deserves a higher rating. Ya there are some cracks in the walls and the furniture may be a little outdated but I felt very comfortable and clean during my stay. Plus having a fridge and dining table are always pleasant extras for me. All in all very good value, clean, and comfy.

2 coffee shops close by and plenty of places to eat locally, chemist is close also hair dressers. Staff were lovely and helpful. Ready to help or supply us with what we needed.

Wifi not reliable. Lack of cleanliness in regards to walls. Ammenities not supplied properly (short). Reception was not to standard,impression wise. A kettle and least cups should be supplied.

The roon is not clean like the picture. The smell is very bad. Hair, dust,... still on the floor when I check in. Never come back. Consider when you book to stay in here

Perfect stay in the centre of Ho Chi Minh!

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and seemed always happy to see us. We stayed there during Tet (Vietnamese new year), but the price that we payed for the room was still very low. We also enjoyed the powerful, hot shower!

Never stay here again

The staff were friendly and willing to assist

The bathroom was dirty, toilet seat still had urine on it. The walls were covered with Black Mold. The bath had a dirty scum ring around it. The drains (2) were block blocked. The walls in the bedroom were discoloured and their was water damage discolouration and peeling. The curtains were grey and dirty and dusty. There was no top sheet for the bed. Fridge smelled of mold and was barely cold.
